Before Kodak turned this part of the Park into a parking lot it was home to dozens of single-family homes. The new complex will consist of mixed-income single-family and multi-family rentals, as well as attractive commercial space. The Eastman Reserve is a development of PathStone Corporation, one of upstate New York’s most active non-profit developers. Their work includes preservation, new construction, adaptive reuse/repurpose and mixed-use. PathStone works with community partners, non-profits, service providers, private developers and government officials to design and build housing that is affordable, accessible and seamlessly integrated into the local community. Funding sources for The Eastman Reserve include MCP, MIHP, SHOP, NYSERDA, HFA Bonds, 4% private investor equity, sponsor loan, as well as private construction financing.
